"My commitment is to lose .5 to 2kgs a week, put in 110% of myself, no
eating crap in my diet and no drinking alcohol (unless it my birthday
which I won't feel like it anyway) or softdrink. Exercise daily as this
will help with my new studies, and try and be the best person I can be
to myself and my friends and family! I am committed to do the work to
get me there".
