Day 1/100

Well today I have started day one of Commandos challenge! Let's see how many days I will last or if I can move on each day!!

I've just finished my cardio with Mish! Working on building up each week with the workouts as I find I slacken off if I can't finish it! So today I did warm up, workout one and five the abdominal workout and than the cool down! Will work on this this week than add another workout next week! (seek & destroy cardio kicker)
